This service is a planning study. It is not an appraisal, inspection, brokerage service, legal or tax advice, financing approval, permit approval, architectural or engineering design, or fixed construction quotation.
Service and delivery
The client purchases an independent property acquisition and development planning study. The current price is CAD $500 plus applicable HST. For an Ontario checkout, the total is CAD $565. Delivery is targeted within 7 business days after payment is reconciled and the intake is complete and usable for research. Missing or delayed information may affect timing.
Estimates and professional confirmation
Property facts, listing history, zoning context, incentives, costs, rents, financing context and returns are estimates or public references as identified in the study. They may change with the final scope, site conditions, approvals, market conditions and professional confirmation. The client must confirm title, legal description, zoning, condition, financing, taxes, permits and construction scope with the appropriate professionals before making a purchase or commitment.
Cancellation and refund
The client may request cancellation by email before customized property research or drafting begins. If approved, MV Group will issue a refund to the original payment method, less any non-recoverable payment-processing charge where permitted. Once customized research, analysis or drafting has started, the service is considered in progress and is generally non-refundable. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable Ontario or Canadian consumer-protection law.
Future MV Group work
If the client signs a project-management or construction contract for the same property within 60 days, the CAD $500 study fee may be credited against the first signed-contract invoice, subject to the final contract. One credit applies per property. It is not cash-refundable or transferable.
Privacy and information we collect
MV Group collects the information you choose to provide for a study, quote, partner signup or contact request, such as your name, contact details, property address, project goals and documents you submit. We use it to respond, provide the purchased service, operate the private portal, maintain business and accounting records, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. MV Group does not receive or store your full card details. The application is hosted and deployed through Vercel; transactional email is delivered through Resend; operational application records are stored in Neon Postgres; and service documents may be stored or shared through Google Drive. These providers process information for their service functions under their own terms and privacy practices.
Advertising measurement and cookies
The ARU landing page offers an optional Meta Pixel measurement choice. If you allow it, the page loads Meta's technology and sends events such as a page visit, opening checkout, or a quote-request handoff, together with browser and device information available to Meta. MV Group uses those signals to understand whether its Facebook and Instagram advertising is working. We do not send the content of your feasibility study through the Pixel.
You may continue without marketing measurement and still use the website and service. Your choice is stored in your browser so it persists on later visits. Use the “Privacy choices” link in the landing-page footer to review or change that choice. Browser settings and Meta account settings may provide additional controls.
Retention, access and questions
MV Group keeps personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, business records, security and applicable legal obligations. You may ask what personal information MV Group holds about you, request correction, or ask for deletion where the information does not need to be retained. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
